There are many ways to enjoy this beautiful water trail. From sternwheelers, and houseboats to kayaks and canoes there is a lot of enjoyment to be had on the old “ELK EYE”.
Are you into camping, birding, hiking, hunting, or fishing? Then check out Jesse Owens State Park, Appalachian Hills Wildlife Area, Burr Oak State Park, and Wolf Creek Wildlife Area. There are several private campgrounds, each with its unique offerings.
